April is a good film festival month with various film festivals happening all around the world. As before, the focus is on European Film Festivals screening documentaries – some of them also screen other genres of films. So here goes;

Sundance London Film and Music Festival, 26.-29. April, London, UK. Some of this year´s Sundance most interesting documentaries will be screened at the festival, including, Chasing Ice.
Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival 26. April – 6. May, Toronto, Canada. Hot Docs is one of leading documentary film festivals in North America.
